Meet Lia
Lia Shepard Flynn is a ninth-generation Nashville native whose deep local roots and background in luxury marketing bring a distinctive perspective to residential and land real estate.
Before returning to Nashville, Lia spent nearly 20 years in Los Angeles, building a career in luxury fashion, global marketing, and international client relations. Fluent in Italian, she served as an international liaison at GUESS? Jeans, translating and facilitating communication between U.S. and Italian teams. Her work with BCBG took her to New York for runway shows, fashion presentations, and industry press events. Later, as Director of Global Marketing & eCommerce at 7 For All Mankind, she led marketing and public relations professionals and helped shape the brand’s global marketing, digital, retail, and communications strategies.
Lia began her real estate career in title and escrow, working alongside attorneys and gaining valuable knowledge of the closing process. Combined with hands-on experience remodeling and flipping homes, this foundation allows her to guide clients with an eye for design, meticulous attention to detail, and a practical understanding of real estate transactions.
Having relocated from Los Angeles back to Nashville with her two sons, Lia understands firsthand the complexities of a cross-country move, from navigating schools to settling into a new community. She brings that personal perspective to helping clients navigate their own transitions with confidence and care.
Her Nashville roots, international fashion and marketing career, and experience across multiple sides of real estate give Lia a rare combination of local knowledge, global perspective, creativity, and business acumen, qualities she brings to every client and every property she represents.
